Contact form
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is sent directly to ask@artekunst.com via our mail server (one.com) and is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not store form submissions in the website database. The legal basis for processing this data is your consent, given by actively submitting the form.

Images on this site are optimised using Imagify (WP Media SAS, 22 rue Bayard, 31000 Toulouse, France). When images are uploaded, they are sent to Imagify’s servers for compression and converted to next-generation formats (AVIF). No personal visitor data is shared with Imagify. SEO and indexing
This site uses Rank Math SEO, which automatically notifies Microsoft Bing via the IndexNow protocol when pages are published or updated. This sends the page URL to Bing. No personal visitor data is transmitted. Microsoft’s privacy policy: privacy.microsoft.com.
How long we keep your data
Contact form enquiries received by email are kept only as long as necessary to respond to your message. We do not retain them beyond that period unless there is an ongoing business relationship. Server logs are retained by one.com according to their data retention policy. Cookie consent records are retained by Termly for the period necessary to demonstrate compliance.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. The only third parties that may process data in connection with your visit to this site are:
